kno88 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is required before processing a Member's first withdrawal request and may be requested at any subsequent point at kno88's sole discretion.

Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. kno88 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing that result directly from a Member's failure to submit complete and accurate KYC documentation in a timely manner.
All deposits to a kno88 Account must be made from a payment method that is registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be refunded in full, less any applicable bank transaction fees.

kno88 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers an AML alert, is made from an unverified payment source, or is otherwise inconsistent with the Member's normal account activity. In such cases, kno88 will notify the Member and may request supporting documentation before releasing the funds.
Members may request a withdrawal of their available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
kno88 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts, including during Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, and Christmas. Withdrawals submitted during periods of scheduled bank system maintenance (typically weekday nights in WIB) may experience delays outside kno88's control. In such cases, kno88's processing obligation is deemed fulfilled once the transfer instruction has been dispatched to the relevant financial institution.

Nothing in these Terms limits kno88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. In the event of any dispute between a Member and kno88, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via kno88's official support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the matter being raised in writing, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution procedure.
Nothing in this clause prevents kno88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent or prohibited conduct.
